If you missed the registration deadline, you are very welcome to register on site. Payments are accepted online via credit card.
Registration Policies
- AUTHOR REGISTRATION: At least one of the authors of an accepted paper or poster must register as an Author Attendee.
- MEMBER REGISTRATION: If you are member of the ACM/SIGHPC, provide your member number. A valid membership card must be presented at onsite check-in.
- STUDENT REGISTRATION: Student rates are applicable only to full‐time students. The student must present a valid student ID at the on‐site check‐in.
- The organizers reserve all rights to withdraw the registration or charge the price difference at onsite check‐in if proof of discount status is not provided or payment is not received.
- Upon completion of payment, participants may request invitation letters following the Visa Information Section.
- Cancellation must be requested through the online registration website. No refunds after August 23rd, 2019. All refunds prior to August 23rd, 2019 will incur a 10% cancellation processing fee.
